01 How far in advance should I book?
Dates in December start filling in May - inquire as early as you can.
02 What areas do you serve?
Greater Charlotte area. Santa flies all over - contact me if you are unsure!
03 What kinds of visits do you do?
Most usually home visits, picture type visits and school/hospital visits. Any kind of visit is worth a chat!
04 How long is a typical visit?
Typical home visits last between 20-40 minutes depending on the size of the group and the activities we do. Visits centered on pictures can last longer. Events that last longer than 1 hour will be priced accordingly. Please let me know of your time expectations.
05 What should we prepare before Santa arrives?
See the Helpful Hints page. Santa will need a place to park, to have everyone ready for his entrance, have the air conditioning on, have a sturdy chair in a place suitable for photos.
06 Can Santa bring gifts?
Yes, Santa can hand out gifts that you provide. Be sure to have a gift for each child, wrap and label each gift (no gift bags, they can fall out within my toy bag), and let me know where to find them.
07 Is Santa Strickland insured and background checked?
Yes! If you need the paperwork, please ask during the booking process and I will provide them.
08 What payment methods are accepted?
Santa Strickland accepts Zelle, cash, and credit card. Note that a fee will be added to credit card payments. See details on the booking page.
09 What if we need to reschedule?
If you reschedule more than two weeks before the date, Santa will refund any monies paid to date, or apply it towards the rescheduled date.
10 Are there any constraints on pictures?
Generally Santa wants to keep his suit nice and his reputation pure. See the Helpful Hints page.
